Heating and Air Conditioning
General Manager is responsible for
directing and arranging all activities of a
Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service
office. The General Manager manages
the P&L, steers sales, and provides
leadership to all staff and
processes for the location.
The Service Technician conducts
diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial
HVAC equipment and accessories. The Service Technician interacts
with residential and/or commercial customers to provide
answers to any and all questions, resolve
concerns, and confirm complete
customer satisfaction. The Service Technician also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the
direction of the Field Supervisor or
Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment
and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial
sites. The person in the position also conducts
installation and service on inside air equipment and accessories, as well,
and has the expertise to comprehend
controls and wiring diagrams and schematics.
Customer Service Specialist handles customer
and billing questions with the highest
degree of consideration and
professionalism to solve customer
concerns with a one-call resolution.
The Customer Service Specialist is also charged with assisting in day-to-day
operation of the Service Experts Heating and Air
Conditioning service center.
Dispatcher, following company radio and pager policies,
dispatches calls to Maintenance Technicians,
Installers, and Service Technicians. The individual in the
interacts with the customer to
confirm the customer is informed of
scheduled appointments, answer queries,
and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher
strategically plans and routes the most
suitable technicians using
established company policies.
